How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Affordmill Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a concern and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Affordmill Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Affordmill Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in New Jersey.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@affordmill.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, you can respond and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
